Massive fire gutted cloth godown in Faisalabad
Fire at a cloth godown at Ismail Road in Faisalabad destroyed valuables worth millions of rupees.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) - According to details, fire broke out at a cloth godown situated at the Ismail Road in Faisalabad on Sunday which quickly engulfed the entire building.
The roof of the godown collapsed due to intensity of the blaze. Fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort of four hours.
The rescue teams said that the cause of fire is not yet known. No loss of life was reported in the incident, however, valuables worth millions of rupees were destroyed in the blaze.
