Panamagate case: Hussain Nawaz submits another Qatari letter in court

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Another Qatari letter written by prince Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani has been surfaced today (Thursday).

During Panama Leaks case hearing, Hussain Nawaz has submitted another letter in Supreme Court (SC).

In the letter, Qatari prince stated that he came to know that various questions were raised on his first letter. He said he is presenting his stance in a response to those queries.

Mian Sharif was my father’s close companion. He invested 12 million dirham cash in 1980, the letter revealed.

$80 lac money was payable by Sharif family in 2005, the letter said. 

For property settlement, Barrier certificates of offshore companies were handed over to the representative of Hussain Nawaz, it further disclosed.

On the other hand, the record showed that Jeddah steel mill was sold worth Rs6.31 crore in 2005.

Hussain Nawaz has also submitted affidavit of Shezi Naqi who used to appear in the court as Al-Toufeeq Company’s employee.

All four London flats were not mortgage for Hudaibiya Papers Mills however, the request to seize the flats was put forward on the report of Rehman Malik.
