Punjab Safe City Authority introduces women safety smartphone app
The software will share your location in order to take speedy action.
LAHORE (Web Desk) - Under the umbrella of provincial government, Punjab Safe City Authority (PSCA) has introduced an application for the protection of women.
Talking exclusively in Dunya News, the analyst Fatima said that women safety smartphone app is an android based application which is available on playstore with the name of PSCA.
The application includes a special button for women’s safety that provides access to the PCSW helpline (1043), SMU’s Women-on-Wheels campaign, and the police and allows users to avail an option to mark unsafe spaces.
The app will also inform law and order agencies about any harassment incident by registering complaints.
