LAHORE (Dunya News) – Dunya News has unearthed the biggest land scandal of 193,000 kanal land grabbed through verdicts of fake courts, lawyers, judges and witnesses.

The heinous crime was taken place in the presence of police and anti-corruption cell but no one from the authorities took any action to stop it.

Taking advantage of government officials’ negligence, fraudulent groups prepared bogus documents over the night claiming the ownership of respective lands.

Resident of Lahore’s Samanabad area, Chaudhry Arshad was found prime suspect as he started this trick some 14 years ago by providing fake documents showing proprietary rights of the fraud groups.

Sources told that some of the lawyers also joined hands with Arshad in looting innocent people while the authorized courts were also unaware of their wrong deeds.

The fraudsters used to approach local land record officers if anyone wanted to change their property.

The actual revelation was leveled when a local Saeed Ahmed tried to fight the case of his 3800 kanal land in real court that took four years to prove his stance.

Legal experts said Saeed Bari was able to get his land back after civil judges confirmed about no record of any decision announced in 1968.

On the other hand, the key suspect forgot that he was only 12 years old at the time when he was preparing 1962’s judicial verdict.
