We stand by government despite all differences: Bilawal
Bilawal Bhutto said that unity of the nation is only way to counter Indian aggression.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday pledged support to the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Occupied Kashmir and Line of Control violation issues.
Talking in the meeting of the Parliamentary leaders headed by PM Nawaz in Islamabad, Bilawal Bhutto said that unity of the nation is only way to counter Indian aggression in the region.
He said that standing by the federal government in these matters despite political differences is PPP’s clear stance.
Meanwhile, Shah Mahmood Qureshi who was representing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) delegation said India knows that there is no military solution to Kashmir problem due to which it is continuously violating LoC.
We all are confident of PM Nawaz’s patriotism and loyalty to the country and will accompany him for the national interest and solidarity, he added.
On the other hand, Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) chief Siraj-ul-Haq also vowed to assist incumbent government and armed forces.
Awami National Party’s (ANP) Haji Ghulam Ahmad Balour said that PM Nawaz’s speech in United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) opened new ways for the solution of Kashmir issue on diplomatic front.
The meeting was summoned to prepare a joint response on Indian-held Kashmir and the latest situation along the Line of Control.
All the political parties in the parliament attended the meeting giving the message that the entire nation is united when it comes to the defense of country.
