SIALKOT (Dunya News) – India, not being able to cope up with bitter defeat in 1965 war, resorted to unprovoked firing in Neza Pir Sector of Haveli area in the early hours on Tuesday.

On the 51st Defence Day of Pakistan, Indian troops opened fire without any provocation in Neza Pir Sector along the Line of Control. Pakistan army personnel, securing the borders with aggressor India, retaliated and silenced enemy’s guns.

However, Boys High School in the area was partially destroyed by Indian shelling.

The exchange of fire continued until around 10:00am.

Prior to today’s violation of ceasefire by India, Indian army violated the agreement on Saturday in Bhimber and Thob sectors at Line of Control.

Inter-Services Public Relations of Pakistan Army reported that the personnel gave befitting response to the Indian aggression and no injuries were reported.
