PIA seals the deal to purchase new planes
The National airline finalized the purchase of eight new 787 Dreamliner from The Boeing Company
Islamabad (Dunya News) – A meeting (chaired by Senator Mushahid Ullah) of the special committee of PIA was convened in Islamabad, reported Dunya News. Members of the committee lambasted airline’s performance owing to it s poor show.
At the end of the meeting, PIA chairman announced that airline had finalized the purchase of eight new 787 Dreamliner from The Boeing Company. “The first plane in the fleet will arrive by June 2017,”he said.
PIA chairman also emphasized that strict actions would be taken against all those who either harm or contaminate the planes.
