Amir Muqam appointed focal person to overlook relief work in Chitral
Engr. Amir Muqam shall keep PM updated about relief work carried out in Chitral
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday appointed Engineer Amir Muqam as focal person to overlook relief work in flood-hit Chitral, reported Dunya News.
According to PM House spokesperson, PM Nawaz directed that the relief work in Chitral be sped up and estimation regarding the damage occurring in the area be made so that the process of rehabilitation gets initiated.
PM Nawaz also instructed that all available resources be put into use in order to deliver aid to far off areas, adding that the affected locals be provided medical treatment, food and shelter.
Engineer Amir Muqam shall keep the PM updated regarding the relief work that gets carried out in Chitral.
