Biometric attendance reveals 5936 teachers absent in Sindh public schools
Sindh Education Secretary says he considers teachers who do not show up in schools as 'criminals'
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Education Ministry released its report based upon the biometric attendance of the teachers of public schools in the province, reported Dunya News on Wednesday.
According to the report, 5936 teachers in various schools were found absent whereas the Education Ministry has decided to hold the wages of 1085 teachers who are being considered as fugitives.
Sindh Education Secretary Fazlullah Pechuho stated that he considers the teachers who do not show up in schools as criminals, adding that action shall be taken against all such teachers.
