Workers being encouraged to abandon MQM and join other political parties: Khalid Maqbool
Those who earned reputation through the party are now being ungrateful by leaving it: Siddiqui
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM) Rabita committee leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui on Sunday stated that the party leaders and workers are being encouraged by various factors to abandon the party and join other political parties, reported Dunya News.
While addressing a press conference at the Khurshid Begum Secretatriat,Siddiqui said that the party is being subjected to state oppression and that those affiliated with the party are being encouraged to leave it and join other parties.
Siddiqui said that those who earned a reputation through the party are now being ungrateful by changing their allegiances.
During the press conference, Mir Javed Iqbal, Azmat Khan, Professor Muzzaffar Hussain, Dr Javed Muzzaffar and Professor Abdul Maalik announced to join MQM.
