PTI lambasts Fazlur Rehman over Panama Leaks' investigation stance

"As long as Maulana's credit lasts, he will try his best to save the PM from all sort of troubles"

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) spokesperson Naeemul Haque on Wednesday criticised Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl’s (JUI-F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s stance in regards to the investigation of the Panama Leaks, reported Dunya News.

Naeemul Haque stated that Maulana is fulfilling the job assigned to him by the government, adding that the Maulana’s affection towards making money and clinging to authority is known to all.

The PTI leader went on to mock the JUI-F chief stating that by paying a certain rent, Maulana and his party’s services can be obtained for quite a time. “As long as Maulana’s credit lasts, he will try his best to save the PM from all sorts of trouble”, Naeem stated, “but as soon as the credit expires, Maulana’s tone will change and will begin to worry about the people all of a sudden”.

Naeemul Haq said that the entire nation wants investigation regarding the Panama Leaks but Maulana wants to gain financial benefits for himself out of the entire scenario. He said that despite such moves made by Maulana Fazlur Rehman, he will still not be labeled as a political illusionist.
