34 extremists killed as a result of operation in Kalat
Large sums of ammunition, explosives seized from terrorists' camps
QUETTA (Dunya News) – An operation held in the Kalat region of Balochistan by the security forces resulted in the killing of 34 extremists including the commander of a banned outfit along with the terrorists involved in the Mastung incident, reported Dunya News.
Balochistan Interior Minister Sarfraz Bugti while addressing the media stated that the operation against the extremists was ongoing in the “Jawan” area for the past three days, further adding that a wanted terrorist commander Abdul Nabi Bangalzai along with other terrorists involved in the Mastung incident were killed in the operation.
Bugti said that large sums of ammunition and explosives were seized from the camps of the terrorists.
An officer of the Frontier Corps (FC) was martyred during the conflict, whereas two other were injured.
