Lahore: Three more death row convicts hanged
Two real brothers were among three death row convicts executed at Kot Lakhpat Jail on Wednesday.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Three death row convicts involved in two different murder cases were executed in the Kot Lakhpat Jail Lahore on early Wednesday morning, Dunya News reported.
Acording to details, two real brothers, Imran and Luqman, were hanged for killing a man named Ali in 1996 in Islamabad. Another death row prisoner, Rahil was hanged for killing a man in 1994 in Sargodha.
The dead bodies of the prisoners were handed over to their heirs after the execution. On the other hand, tight security arrangements were made inside and around the Kot Lakhpat Jail before the executions.
