Sartaj Aziz meets new Ambassador of Iran
Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz met the new Ambassador of Iran.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - The new Ambassador of Iran Mehdi Honardoost paid a courtesy call on the Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs, Sartaj Aziz in Islamabad today (Wednesday), the Foreign Offce reported.
The Adviser congratulated Ambassador Honardoost on his appointment as the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Pakistan.
He hoped that the Ambassador‘s tenure in Pakistan would be successful and fulfilling, both in professional and personal terms.
The Ambassador stated that he looked forward to making positive contributions to Pakistan-Iran bilateral relations, particularly enhancing economic cooperation and promoting trade.
He also conveyed the greetings of Foreign Minister Javad Zarif to the Adviser.
