PML-N workers are holding just a convention in Faisalabad, not a rally: Abid Sher Ali
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) leader Abid Sher Ali said on Thursday that Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah was not accused by him or his father but by the arrested suspect. He said that they are holding just a workers’ convention in Faisalabad, not a rally or show of power against anyone, reported Dunya News.
Chaudhry Abid Sher Ali had accused the Law Minister for the target-killing few days ago. Today in Dhobi Ghat Ground of Faisalabad, Abid Sher Ali said that truth has been revealed by the suspect Naveed Commando, who accused Rana Sanaullah in the court.
“Bhola Gujjar was like a brother to me and we spent good time together. Police should investigate further in accordance with Naveed’s statment”, said Abid Sher Ali. Talking to Dunya News in Faisalabad, Abid said that he or his father were not scheming against Rana Sanaullah, the suspect Nveed and target-killer were arrested by police and their statement was recorded in the court.
In the recent past, the relationship between the two leaders had been sour over the allegations of target-killing by Sher Ali family.

Chaudhry Sher Ali, father of State Minister for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali, has severely criticised the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) leadership on Thursday.
Talking to media in Faisalabad, Chaudhry Sher Ali stated that the party leadership is humiliating their workers using Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah.
He alleged that Rana Sanaullah has murdered twenty people in Faisalabad.
The former PML-N MNA warned that Sanaullah will not be able to enter Faisalabad without their permission.
Criticising the Punjab Chief Minister, he said that Shahbaz Sharif cannot control Lahore. He claimed that he will soon cut tail and ear of the fake ‘lion’.
Meanwhile, responding to the accusations, Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said that Chaudhry Sher Ali is mentally unstable and he is blackmailing the party leadership to appoint his son as mayor of Faisalabad.
He said the decision of Faislabad’s mayorship will be taken by the party leadership after local government elections.
