Aftershocks of 5.1 magnitude felt in Swat and outskirts
Magnitude of the earthquake was recorded at 5.1 while the depth was 173 Km
SWAT (Dunya News) – Swat and outskirts were jolted by the aftershocks on Tuesday afternoon as earthquake of 5.1 magnitude hit the valley again, reported Dunya News.
Fear spread among the residents of Swat because of the aftershocks. People ran out of their homes reciting holy verses. The center of the earthquake was reported to be Koh Hindukush while the depth of the shock was 173 kilometers.
The horrifying earthquake hit Pakistan, Afghanistan and some cities of India on Monday. Hundreds of people died and many got injured as a result. But the horrors are not over as, according to the warning of meteorological department, the victims faced aftershocks within 18 hours of the first big shock.
