Sardar Ayaz Sadiq wins NA-122 yet again, Aleem Khan defeated

Ayaz Sadiq secured 75,410 votes, winning the election by just over 3000 lead

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has on Sunday defeated Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) candidate Abdul Aleem Khan by 3367 votes. The contest lived up to the expectations and the hype that had been created during the campaign, reported Dunya News.

The contest remained close throughout the vote-count. For a long time, PTI candidate remained in the game but never came into the lead. Ayaz Sadiq s lead remained shuffling between 5000 and 3000 and finally ended up at 3367. PML-N leaders including Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali and many other leaders have already arrived at 180-H, Model Town, Lahore where they are going to celebrate their victory along with party leaders and workers.
