Fazlur Rehman refuses to mediate between govt, MQM

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Wednesday has withdrawn from being a mediator between government and Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) over resignation matter.

While meeting Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad, JUI-F chief said that the parties are not serious on holding talks due to which he has decided to step back from his decision.

Maulana further suggested the premier to handle the matter by his own.

According to JUI-F sources, the chief would be leaving for Saudia Arabia today to perform Hajj.
