ATC confirms Zulfiqar Mirza's bail in four cases
The judge has adjourned the case hearing till September 30.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi has confirmed bail of former Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza’s bail in as many as four cases, Dunya News reported.
The hearing was held in ATC during which the judge verified that Zulfiqar Mirza has been granted bail in four cases and adjourned the case till September 30.
It is pertinent to mention here that four cases including assisting suspects of gangwar and supplying illegal weapons to them were registered against former Home Minister of Sindh Zulfiqar Mirza at Darakshan police station.
