Karachi: Close associate of Chunnu Mamu arrested
Rangers arrested a close associate of China-cutting master mind Chunnu Mamu on Wednesday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to details, Rangers conducted a raid in Gulshan Iqbal Block 13-D area on Wednesday and arrested a man named Anjum.
Sources informed that Anjum belonged to a political party and a close associate of China-cutting master mind Chunnu Mamu. Rangers arrested six more persons on his identification from Azizabad and other areas.
Two more accused, Shahid and Naeem Sanata were arrested during operation in Korangi industrial area. Shahid and Naeem belonged to a political party and were involved in several cases of target killing and extortion.
On the other hand, police conducted a search operation in Baloch Colony and Manzoor Colony and arrested 45 persons after house-to-house search. The arrested persons were sent to police station for further investigation.
