Summary The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 2 due to absence of the lawyer.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Hearing of Asif Ali Zardari’s acquittal in SGS and Cotecna references was adjourned without any proceedings today (Thursday), Dunya News reported.
The hearing was headed by Judge Muhammad Bashir in which it was told that Zardari’s lawyer Farooq H.Naik could not appear before the court due to personal commitments.
National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor stated that both the parties will conclude arguments on the next hearing.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till September 2 due to absence of the lawyer.
