Sehwan Sharif: Lal Shahbaz Qalandar's 763th Urs celebrations end
19 people died due to heat and lack of water during the celebrations
SEHWAN SHARIF (Dunya News) – Three days celebrations of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar’s Urs ended on Monday in Sehwan Sharif Sindh. Pilgrims celebrated the Urs with religious zeal but the promises of facilities by administration remained unfulfilled. 19 people died due to heat and lack of water during the celebrations.
When Chief Minister (CM) Sindh reached Sehwan Sharif to participate in the celebrations, administration of the shrine provided every possible comfort including air conditioners. All the pilgrims were sent out of shrine for the CM’s visit. People had to wait in scorching heat under the sun until the ceremony ended.
