Babar Ghauri files Rs 1 billion defamation suit against Imran Ismail
The authority has directed the PTI leader to submit reply in 14 days.
KARACHI (Daily Dunya) – Member of Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s (MQM’s) central executive committee Babar Khan Ghauri on Tuesday filed a defamation suit of Rs 1 billion against the member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI’s) Imran Ismail.
The case was filed by the lawyer of Babar Khan Ghauri stating that Imran Ismail has accused his leader with baseless allegations and pleaded before the legal administration for justice.
Moreover, the authority has directed the PTI leader to submit reply in 14 days.
