Ingredients:4 Big size onions1 ½ cup flourBlack pepper to tasteEggs 1-2SaltWaterMethod:Cut onions in ring shape. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, black pepper. Whisk some water and egg together. Add the egg to the flour mixture and make a thick batter adding little water slowly. Dip onion rings in batter and deep fry till golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup.
