Meera so excited for PSL final, didn't even bring ticket, had to go home
Meera didn't have ticket to watch the game but still wanted to enter stadium to support Zalmi
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Film star Meera is known for the antics she can pull off at will. She did something similar today at Gaddafi Stadium, where she reached to watch the final of Pakistan Super League (PSL) but forgot to bring the ticket, reported Dunya News.
Meera arrived at the stadium quite late and even then didn’t bring the ticket to watch the final. But that didn’t deter her from trying to enter the stadium and support her favourite team Peshawar Zalmi, security personnel did.
According to details, Meera’s organiser had the tickets with him but he was nowhere to be found at the time and Meera thus had to go home without watching the match. PSL chairman Najam Sethi had sent her two invites.
Talking to the media outside the stadium, Meera told the reporters that Peshawar Zalmi star Shahid Afridi wouldn’t be playing the match because of his hand injury. She also told that the match was going to be extremely interesting. She also sang ‘Dil Dil Pakistan’ at the occasion.
She told that she was supporting Peshawar Zalmi and was convinced of her favourite team’s victory.
