Summary Court adjourned the hearing till October 31 and directed the police officials to arrest the suspect.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - A local court on Thursday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Meera’s second husband Captain Naveed.
The court directed officials of Defence police station to arrest Captain Naveed and present him on October 31 in an ongoing case filed against Meera by her alleged former husband Atiqur Rehman.
Atiq had earlier registered a case in court alleging that Meera married one Captain Naveed while she was already in wedlock with Atiq.
During the hearing of the case, the judge reprimanded the actress for reaching late in the court on which her lawyer while apologizing said that the delay occurred due to engagement in other cases.
Meera’s lawyer told the court that Atiqur Rehman is a fraud, responding to which the judge ordered him to refrain from leveling accusations.
