Khairpur: Police torture two boys over bike theft accusation

KHAIRPUR (Dunya News) – Police officers brutally tortured as many as two young boys in Khairpur over bike theft accusation today (Sunday).
According to details, the security personnel arrested both boys and started beating them with sticks without interrogation.
