Summary Raids were conducted in different cities to nab the suspects.
LAHORE (Web Desk) - Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) conducted raids in Gujrat, Faisalabad and Gujranwala, and arrested six human smugglers.
These human smugglers were involved in preparation of illegal travelling documents for Europe and other countries.
Illegal passports have also been recovered from their possession.
Earlier on Monday, Minister of State for Interior and Narcotics Control Baligh-ur-Rehman informed the Senate that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) during raids across the country had arrested around 329 human smugglers, including 10 most wanted.
Thousands of First Information Reports had been registered against the elements involved in the crime, he added.
Baligh-ur-Rehman said that the government had also initiated action against the FIA employees involved in facilitating the human traffickers.
