India beat Pakistan to win fifth Blind Cricket World Cup.

(Web Desk) – Defending champions India have beaten Pakistan eleven in the final match of fifth Blind Cricket World Cup on Saturday to win the title in United Arab Emirates (UAE).




Pakistan had put together a total of 308 runs for India to chase in UAE Ajman.

Riasat Khan (48),Badar Munir (57) and captain Nisar Ali (47) were the highest useful contributions for Pakistan to amass 308 runs.

Pakistan hosted the teams for an opening ceremony in Gaddafi Stadium earlier this month. Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had to go back and forth over the schedule after India could not confirm their participation owing to tensions.

Pakistan recorded a record win in the world cup last Sunday when Australia was all-out at 170 runs in chase of Pakistans 563-4.

Pakistan had qualified for the final match after beating Sri Lanka by 156 runs in the second semi-final match in Ajman earlier this week.
