(Web Desk) - After having a hectic day in the field, marshalling his troops throughout the day and later on anchoring his side into the semi finals of this year’s edition of the Champions Trophy, Pakistan skipper Sarfraz Ahmed, had a bit of a scare just before the post-match press conference at Cardiff on Monday.

Sarfraz came all set to attend a press conference and ultimately ended up speaking his heart out, as he got all panicked when he saw that there is no native language reporter present. In a video that went viral on social media, we can see the skipper getting panicked when he got to know that the entire press conference would be in English. “Saaray he English kay hay?” (All the questions will be in English?), questioned a nervous Sarfraz.

This candid moment was caught on camera and soon became one of the highlights of the day following the 30-year-old’s heroics in the virtual quarter-final against Sri Lanka on Monday. The moment only goes to show that deep inside we all have our fears and concerns and even our heroes are only just humans.

The skipper forgot all this as soon as the questions started pouring in. Speaking about the team’s chances in the semi finals against England on Wednesday, Sarfraz stated that the team’s confidence was on a high and that the recent record in Cardiff favored his side. "We played the last ODI here. We win that time, we chased 300, so definitely our confidence is very high playing in Cardiff," Sarfraz told reporters after Monday s nail-biting triumph.

He later added that to avoid any hiccups against the strong English unit, the middle order batsmen had to step up their game considerably. "England is a very good team, a very, very good team," said Sarfraz of the tournament hosts. "If you are playing a world-class team, definitely, you play more positive cricket, so we will do so against England," he added. "Yes, there is a little bit of concern about the middle order batting, but we will sort out the problems.” exclaimed Sarfraz.
